My name is Amelia and I am the founder of Thyme Wellness. As a mother of two who comes from a large family herself, I find value in community and the relationships in life. Food to me is a way of expressing how I care for those in my life by enjoying meals, cooking, sharing experiences, and creating memories.

As a clinical nutritionist, my mission is to empower individuals to achieve their goals and optimal health, through a holistic approach that nurtures the individual as a whole.

I believe that true health comes from a balanced relationship with food and lifestyle. By providing personalised nutritional guidance and education, I aim to support long-term, sustainable health that goes beyond symptom management, focusing on prevention, vitality, and a deeper connection to overall well-being.

Together, we will create a path that honours both the effect of good nutrition and the unique needs of the individual, promoting healing, resilience, and health longevity.
